Multiple shoots with Aruba Networks

Many of our high-tech clients are located in San Jose, California,  including Aruba Networks.  For one of our most recent trips, we traveled to their headquarters to shoot an episode of Aruba Airbytes as well as an interview with the CEO of Meridian.

For the Aruba Airbytes segment, we shot in three different locations around the office discussing Aruba's Client Match Feature. We used our Sony EX1 as well as our Rifa soft box lights in order to achieve the best style for this piece. Afterwards, we moved to Aruba's studio space to capture two interviews with the CEOs of Aruba Networks and Meridian. With the logo in the background, ideal lighting, and a two camera set up, the interviews looked incredible.

Excited to use our new Tricaster system once more, we spent a day at Aruba Networks for a Tech Field Day all day event discussing 802.11ac. Before the event, we received a detailed schedule of presentations that included each of the speakers. From there, we created lower thirds, titles, and custom titles that could be changed during the event in case anything ran early or late. There was a team of six delegates that each had their own lapel microphone utilizing our new audio system, which allowed us to hear them during the discussion. The event went very smoothly and had over 900 viewers on the stream along with more than fifty people in the room attending the event.

At this point, we have used our Tricaster on a couple of different jobs with more coming up in the future. Live streaming is a powerful tool for any company to use for events, town hall meetings, and conferences. If you are interested in any of our video services, please contact us at 480.240.9270.
