Aruba Townhall Meeting

PrimeImage Media traveled all over the country this month, and we continue to schedule exciting new challenges. This past week was filled with shooting homes in Arizona and planning for new projects. In addition to these events,  half our production team flew to San Jose to shoot Aruba Network's  Town hall meeting. Last meeting we shot with them was our first time using our portable switcher box. Now, having used this box many times, it is a very powerful piece of equipment that we couldn't live without.

 

Our team arrived early to set up everything--plugged in wires, mounted cameras, and tested the audio. We had plenty of space for our equipment, and having been in the space before aided in our camera placement. For the employees who couldn't make it to the meeting, we streamed the event live so they could watch it from the comfort of their cubicle or home.

As well as the use of our robotic cameras, we brought our Sony EX camera. This manned camera allowed us to easily shoot each presenter, along with capturing each of the reward recipients during the awards ceremony. We use this camera for many other events, and on our luxury home tours, proving to be an excellent addition to our toolbox.

 

Overall, the Aruba Town Hall meeting was another successful shoot to add to our repertoire, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with the Aruba team again. They always take good care of us and we work together to make each event run seamlessly. Beyond this week, we will be busy editing multiple videos, along with planning two big projects requiring many days of production in December.
