Incredible Luxury Home Tours

We love shooting homes, and this week, we were completely booked! On Tuesday, we drove up to Prescott, Arizona. The drive alone was absolutely gorgeous as the desert landscape became mountainous and wooded.

 

Preparing for the video tour of the home, our production coordinator took careful consideration to look over the notes we had been given to start scripting on the road. Usually the script is completed after arriving at the home. This allows us to walk through and highlight every focal point in the residence.

 

As we drove into cooler temperatures, we arrived at our destination and began taking photos. From there, we recorded the voice over and shot the rest of the property. It began to rain during the shoot, which added an extra challenge. However, we still managed to finish everything on time.

 

  

The next home was situated in Paradise Valley and had remarkable views of the Phoenician landscape. Using the lovely and talented Andi Barness, we had no problems making every detail of this estate truly shine.

 

In another blog post, we discussed the method of ear prompting. It a great technique that we love to use and allows us shoot in a timely manner. Here, Andi is about to do the last take at our third home.
