Changing Seasons and New Projects

As the temperatures rise with the changing of seasons, we have remained consistently busy with production across the country. At Interface we captured innovative demonstrations of their measuring device while our mobile production unit left for San Jose to film in-depth seminars at Networking Field Day 5. In between traveling, we spent a day in Old Town Scottsdale to shoot a local artist who led a sculpting demonstration at The Legacy Gallery. For Aruba Networks, our production team traveled to Las Vegas to cover both their Partner’s Summit and Airheads conferences. All of these challenging projects demonstrate our versatility in the corporate video industry.

Interface is an impressive company that specializes in advanced force measurement products for the aerospace, automotive, and medical industries. For this project, we filmed three videos: an introduction to the device, a demonstration, and an in-depth components video.  We used two Sony EX cameras to cover the demonstration, and our Canon 5D to shoot the separate parts of the product.

Tech Field Day is an event that we have been involved with for several years, and continues to grow. For Networking Field Day 5, our mobile production team went to several high-tech companies and live streamed each presentation.

For these events, our ability to be adaptable is extremely important. More than one company is showcased each day, which requires us to do multiple set ups and tear downs quickly. With prime organization, we are able to set up three cameras, our switcher, streaming laptop, two recording devices, our Barco video converter, table microphones, and up to three wireless microphones for the presenters—thus encompassing the term "mobile studio".

The Legacy Gallery hosts a range of paintings and artists in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. We had the unique opportunity to shoot John Coleman, a talented sculpture artist. For this event, we used three cameras, using one them as an IMAG for attendees. It was a compelling seminar that our team loved shooting.

Aruba Network’s Airheads conference was a great success last year, and has doubled in size for this year. Our production team traveled to the glamorous Las Vegas for a week of coverage.

The week began with the Partner’s Summit, where we managed to film interviews with attendees, and capture B-roll of the sessions. We also went to the parties for both Airheads and the Partner’s Summit, resulting in capturing stunning photos and B-roll illustrating each the venues.

Airheads this year had over 1,200 people in attendance and required far more video resources than we've used in the past. In addition to shooting interviews and B-roll of the education sessions, we also live streamed two of the most popular sessions. Streaming these presentations was one of our best live events yet, with over 600 people watching.

We anticipate more exciting projects as we continue to provide brilliant corporate video for our clients here in the Phoenix area, and all over the world. If you are interested in showcasing your company through impressive video, please contact us at 480.240.9270
